That's true, but there's always a reasoning behind impossible things being possible.  Sometimes the reasoning is flimsy, "future tech/alien  tech/speed force", but there's  always a  reasoning.


This is not suppose to be  "future"/alien tech.    It's a  field  of  tachyon particles based on  theories  in  tachyon blabbity blah  blah.  If it allowed things to go one way, but not the  other,  they would've said so and  given a reasoning  for  that.   

Also...  if  that  was the  case, the plot would've had it  already  been on,  but  invisible  to the  naked eye and had RF get trapped  by stupidly  running through it.
