De um Post antigo:
try to use minicom and then issue:
at^cvoice?
If you get something like:
^CVOICE:0,8000,16,20
then voice is enabled. If response is:
^CVOICE=1
then voice is NOT enable.

Além disso, no minicom, de um
AT^U2DIAG=0
Pra desabilitar CD-ROM/cartão SD.
