[AsteriskBrasil] Placa TE-220 e E1 Embratel

Só pra constar, nessa configuração o dahdi inicia normalmente, mas no
Asterisk recebo a seguinte mensagem em todos os canais:

[Apr 18 14:15:19] WARNING[5574]: chan_dahdi.c:7271 handle_alarms: Detected
alarm on channel 31: Red Alarm
