[AsteriskBrasil] Codec Speex

Boa tarde, Pessoal. 

Estou tendo dificuldade para configurar o codec speex no asterisk, esta
compilado tudo certinho, mas da a msg: 

-- Got SIP response 415 "Unsupported Media Type" back from 192.168.2.185
 == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1) 

versão do meu asterisk é: 1.4.44 

versão do codec speex: speex-1.2rc1 

Segue meu codecs.conf 

root em asterisk:/etc/asterisk# cat codecs.conf
[speex]

quality => 4
;0-10
complexity => 3
; true / false
enhancement => true
; true / false
vad => false
; true / false
vbr => false
; 0 = off, otherwise, target bitrate in bps

Alguma dica?
