[AsteriskBrasil] Membros das Filas "Not in use"

Senhores,

 

Estou com o seguinte problema:

 

Members:

      SIP/51160 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51134 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51135 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51176 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51177 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51178 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51153 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51154 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51155 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51156 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51157 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 279 secs
ago)

      SIP/51158 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

      SIP/51159 (realtime) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet

   No Callers

 

Somente os ramais 51157 e 51159 estão registrados no Asterisk. Mesmo assim
todos aparecem como “Not in use”, o certo seria estar “Unavailable” para os
que não estivessem registrados.

Ocorre que quando a chamada entra na fila ela fica em espera como se estive
dando ring ramal por ramal até o que esta realmente registrado atender.

Uso Asterisk 1.4.20.1 em Real time com PostgreSql, já configurei o
call-limit e não resolveu.

 

Alguém já passou por isso?
