[AsteriskBrasil] Fail2ban instalado mais nao bloqueia ataques

Srs,

Instalei o Fail2ban para bloquear ataques no asterisk. Problema que o mesmo não esta bloqueando os ataques. Segue abaixo meus arquivos de configuração:
