[AsteriskBrasil] Sangoma mfcr2 com GVT

Estou apanhando um pouco para configurar uma Sangoma A101 com o E1 (R2) da GVT, estou deixando passar alguma besteira.
Abaixo seguem os arquivos de configuração, agradeceria qualquer dica.
O link está sincronizado (sem alarmes no dahdi_tool), mas a chamada não entra, sequer aparece no CLI.
