Bom dia Thiago,

Qual a versão do Elastix está usando???
A versão 1.5 já está com suporte nativo ao openr2...

Como está configurado o seu chan_dahdi.conf, dadhi-channels.conf  e 
/etc/dahdi/system.conf ?

Outra dica para teste:
- Pare o asterisk
- execute r2test -c r2test.conf
