[AsteriskBrasil] Problemas mensagem upgrade.txt se possivel urgencia

Pessoal, essa semana vi alguem relatando no lista problemas do mesmo
tipo no qual estou passando mas não vi a soluçao..
Vinicius parece que deu alguma ajuda mas nao retornaram com um feedback
Estou tendo umas mensagens na CLI e apos estas o asterisk começa a dar
milhares de problemas.

Placa VB0804 PCI digivoice
Ura encaminhando para Fila dinamica
asterisk 1.4.21.2
cell-limit em cada peer = 5

Fico recebendo todo instante essa binagem abaixo e apos isso que vem
todo o problema
