[AsteriskBrasil] Problema na instalação vb3030

Pessoal, boa tarde

Estou com problemas na instalação de uma VB3030PCI em um HP Proliant Xeon 2,66 dual core.

Compilo tudo certo o dgvchannel e a voicerlib e na hora que o asterisk sobe da este erro:

Já mudei a versão dos dgvchannel e voicer lib para a mais nova e tbm não adiantou, e persiste o erro.

Alguem pode ajudar? Já tiveram este erro?
