Bom dia

Pessoal...
Preciso de ajuda com o TrixBox.
Tudo o que achei na Internet, não foi suficiente para me ajudar.
Tenho TrixBox CE instalado.
Configurei uma conta vono e consigo realizar ligações usando vono.
Porém não consigo receber chamadas e redirecionar para um ramal interno.
O TrixBox até recebe a chamada mais me diz que o ramal não está em serviço (ss-noservice).
