Aparentemente, todas as máquinas que possuem controladora Intel e1000
podem apresentar problemas com interfaces Digium, segundo a nota no
final da página de compatibilidade de hardware...

Atualmente, utilizo um Dell PowerEdge 1800 com uma TE110P e uma TDM04B,
tudo está funcionando estável, sem problemas com conflitos de IRQ
aparentes, mas algumas mensagens do kernel e do módulo
zaptel/wctdm/wcte1xxp
